I'm looking for some advice. I'm in the midst of a tranny rebuild on my '87 GN, and well, I was thinking about adding a manual valve body and/or a trans brake (along with my other upgrades).Good idea, bad idea? So far I bought a 9in converter, 13 vane pump upgrade, wider 2nd gear band, and a hardened stator. How am I doing so far? Any incite would be greatly appreciated.
