howdy folks..i have a problem with my 81 regal bottoming out. i'm using 215/65/15s on aluminum wheels with the same backspacing as gn wheels. the car originally had a 2 barrel 231 with ac, etc. i chucked the v6 in favor of a tbi 305 from a 92 camaro and changed the springs accordingly. the setup now almost exactly emulates a monte carlo. the car leans to the passenger side, and the wheel rubs the inner fender in turns and rubs on many bumps. i changed the springs back out for hotchkis g-body springs, and it still leans, which leads me to believe that there's something bad going on in the front end. i'm figuring that now the car weighs about the same in the front as a turbo regal given the extra plumbing for the turbo, etc. i was wondering if anyone else has a silimar leaning problem on their cars and also if anyone is using the hotchkis springs how their stance came out as well as what tire sizes they use. thanks for any help.

upon careful reinspection, i think the lower a-arm may be twised or bent...which would be consistent with other damage on the passenger underside of the car....it looks like someone ran over a curb or something a while back. i guess this is the only real chassis damage as the only other problems were a small dent in the floor and a dent in the spare tire area.....
