My rear end is stock and i was wondering if they came with true posi or limited slip

Limited slip is posi..
GM = Limited Slip and maybe Posi-Traction
Ford = Traction-Loc and maybe Detroit Locker
Chrysler = Sure Grip
those are all company marketing names for the same thing.
Actually, a locker (as in Detroit) is quite different. It uses meshing "teeth" and not clutches like the posi.
Check the RPO sticker in the trunk for G80 to see if you car "was" equipped.
