Dave Romancheck (Daver) | Thursday, September 06, 2001 - 07:23 pm My GN often bottoms out, even on slight bumps. I have replaced the shocks, are the springs known for going bad on these cars? Are the springs difficult to replace? Can I do it myself? Do I go with stock replacements or should I upgrade them? |
BOONIE HARMON (Boonie1979) | Sunday, March 03, 2002 - 11:59 am I read the springs for a GN are different from the Springs that came on a regular Regal. Is this true? |
frank marshall (Turbofrank) | Monday, March 04, 2002 - 05:15 am Some are using the variable rate springs in place of the stock springs. The vari. springs will make the car sit about 1" higher in the back and they carry a heavier load. ALL Regals use the same stock springs. |
