Just read the bad news on the side opera windows trim. That blows, but can anybody tell me what type of silver paint to use to re-do the silver trim around the dash vents?? I figured this should be an easy resto
What you think is silver was orignally chrome. GM part number 1255224 was discontiued in June 1995. Should be an easy item to find in wrecking yard. Any Regal will do and they just pry out easily.
joe,i was able to find a set on ebay for (i think 15.00)they came in great shape.
what you might try is ,remove the vents ,clean real good ,use some bulldog spray adhesivjust on the area you want to repaint,go to the hobby shop and get a "small roller"and some model car chrome and lightly roll it on,not thick..john b.
