My power window will go down but wont go up. If I reach behind the panel and push the plug into the motor it will go up.Plug dont seem loose.Just seems like a bad connection. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks sdweisenberger@aol.com

Check that the pins inside the plug are meeting each other. Also take the plug out and try to clean the connections. There may be some corrosion inside the plug from water getting inside the door.. If all else fails bypass the plug.

Check the connectors on the motor to see if they are black or burned. If not replace the motor plug with a GM pig tail assembly number 12101914. You can get this from any GM dealer or a parts house that sells "Delco" parts
These pig tails are also available for the switches.
