Like many TR owners, my headliner started patting me on the head no too long ago. I have the article on how to redo the headliner, but I'm not sure exactly what kind of foam material I should use. Should I use the hard or the soft kind (like whats in a bed matress)? Wal-mart has this stuff cheap, but there are so many different kinds to choose from. Thanks in advance

Might be best to use a 'kit' so you have all the right stuff to begin with. Jax Seat Cover (a site sponsor) offers such a kit.

Cars, Inc. also has a kit. Buick-parts.com. Nice guys. They also have all kinds of parts for older Buicks, check them out.

I had my headliner done 2 years ago. It too was flapping in the breeze and whacking me in the head. Since I am not to proficient in this area, I had it professionally done for $ 135.00. It was done in one day. Looks exactly like the original. Money well spent in my opinion.
