I just ripped off the vinyl top on the regal. Any suggestions of what I could use for the holes where the rivets used to be? If I put filler over the holes, the filler bubbles.
The way a body shop would do it is to weld up the holes. Then dent it in slightly and fill over with body filler. If they were pop rivets it was a aftermarket top. GM used studs.
