Need to replace turbo on 86 t type, thinking small upgrade?

I need to replace the turbo on my 86 t type and what im wondering is whats probably the biggest upgrade i can get without spending too much money ? lets say id be willing to spend up to 600 dollars not including the price of the turbo? if their is more than 1 set up through that price range im all ears and maybe a good website with fair pricing on the turbo and other components this would help emensly

To this I would only add the classic "hot wire" kit for the fuel pump to insure good power to the pump.

check on ebay. my buddy is selling 2 turbos. A stock completely rebuilt to new and a 34 also rebuilt. His screen on ebay is FREDTYRY. GOOD LUCK
