Impossible to answer that type of question without a lot of details. It depends on the vehicle, the gearing, the carb (1, 2, or 4 BBL), weight, and a lot of other details. Even so, without knowing the motor that well it would still be hard to gauge.

See if you can find a vehicle that had that motor and see if soem MPG listings can be found.
