t tops

my t tops are all messed up, leak real bad and have lots o wind noise...i noticed my drivers side t top has a gap between the gasket and the glass..prolly my 2 problems right there.... are there any way to adjust the alignment of the t top glass... the gaskets are in decent shape for now, if i could align that glass back up i think i would be all set.. or should i just get new gaskets and anything else i need and bring it to someone?

Kirban used to sell a guide on how to adjust windows and T-Tops ... it's quite an art ...
