ECM relocation

Has anyone or is there any way you can relocate the ECM? The reason I am asking is because I keep getting water or moisture on my ECM causing it to short out. This has happened to me twice already....

TA/TE turbos

Hey guys this might be a stupid question but what do the acronyms TA and TE stand for. From what I have read the TA's are stock appearing turbos and the TE's are not. Correct me if I am wrong. Thanks.
