Bizzare Blinkers!

If I use my left blinker, it flashes normal. If I use my right blinker, it flashes once every 20 seconds! All bulbs are working and this just started to happen today. Any ideas?:dunno:

I used 2 cans of Amsoil Foaming Cleaner and then installed
Eric's TT Chip for Emissions (60#)
A new Cat from Cottons
A new set of HALO Spark plugs
and had the Fuel Pressure set at 36 psi static....

I burned a chip using Erics Emissions Image for 60# injectors.
Now I've got the following readings;
O2 82-707
AF 05
L8 32-33
BAT 13.8
INT 122-135
BLM 128
CLG 200
RPM 800-875

The old Cat was a High Flow that came with my TH 3" Downpipe. Not sure what brand it was. It went through emissions many times with no problem.
On the 3rd try the other numbers all passed no problem.
