Basically, you need a chip cut for the fuel (E85 has a stoich of about 9.6:1) and you need enough pump and injectors to support basically about 35% more fuel volume/flow than gasoline.

The tank and such should be fine without any special prep.

Fuel pressure should be the same as gasoline, if the chip is calibrated properly.
