Note that your chip needs to be matched to your fuel injectors. I'd also suggest you update to the ECM used in the 86/87 cars, which gives you access to a larger selection of matching chips from more sources.
You should also get a fuel pressure gauge so that you can adjust your fuel pressure properly.
...and a scan tool so you can really tell what the car is doing.
