I'm not trying to be cheap, but I learn through experimentation. I gradually apply my results to more risky situations.
I have found several cost effective solutions this way.

If you aren't aware of the ingredients in a product, then you may be paying too much.
Oven Cleaner, Draino, and paint stripper that contain Sodium Hydroxide have different prices. The EPA taxes the product manufacturer according to the way that the product is to be used.
If you were to sell gasoline as an air freshener then it would have to sell for 10 bucks a ounce.
ok..I know this is long...If you have ever tried to remove latex paint from aluminum, then you know that is a tough job..Laquer thinner, alcohol. or sand paper...
I'm gonna give this a shot..and I'm gonna BRUSH it on..
