The Forum upgrade was completed at 3:27am CST (US) on September 16th. So far, everything seems to be working.

More importantly, attachments are working again! And there are many new features as well.

Note that this version includes some extra security features that tighten the reins on passwords and registration a bit. After the installation, the passwords of 57 Forum users were found to be in violation of these new restrictions. Those users have been notified.

In addition, there are still a large number of users that did not complete their registration. I do hope they will.

With that, its turned back over to production. Hopefully it will all run more smoothly and have less issues from here on out.
