second time around
I sold my 87 GN a couple years ago, I regreted it ever since so I bought another. I need some upgrade advice from the pro's.
I have a stock 87GN with 104k miles on it, with the exception of a chip (?) and an air cleaner it is untouched, I am looking to spend about $2000 on some go faster stuff, the car runs good now, I am just looking for a little more low end power, what is the best bang for my 2k, my goal isnt an 11 second car just enough power to smoke the 60's big block muscle car on Friday night. Any ideas are appreciated. |

Re: second time around
Glad you are getting back in the game!
I suggest you type the word "recipe" into the search feature. There you will find many ways to spend your money. Last edited by Frederickdav; 10-04-2014 at 02:17 AM. Reason: Spelling |

Suggest you add ZDDPlus to your oil if it is an all original car with the stock cam and lifters. Modern oil does not have as much zinc as oil used to. http://www.gnttype.org/techarea/recipes/recipepage.html A list of "recipe" buildups for more power. Its not about more parts, but about the right parts to effectively and safely make more power. Its not that hard, just do what is best.
