Default Window closing guide?

Does anyone know what the tab is called that hold the door glass against the rubber and helps keeps the glass in a stable condition when the car is in motion? This tab is located at the top front of window opening and is made of plastic over metal and is riveted to the main body under rubber seal and can these pieces be brought anywhere?
