Rear Water Leak from where?
Just pulled the car down from the lift since the weather is getting better. Its been in a heated garage (50+) all winter with other toys.
Noticed green liquid in the inspection pan. Looked in manual, but unable to find where a water leak would come from that would end up in inspection pan. Is there a freeze plug in rear of engine? Or other spot? Thanks for your help. Alan |

Re: Rear Water Leak from where?
Freeze plugs are in the lower sides of the block I believe. See the block pictures on this site.
Any cooling hose might spring a leak. Radiator or heater core as well.

Re: Rear Water Leak from where?
Thanks Scott,
Its probably the freeze plugs since it was clean green water and have found nothing else above that would leak into inspection cover. Did a search for block picture, but did not find. Could you list just where it is. Thanks again. |
