Bang Head Wire question

Working my way down the list on the electrical gremlins looking for info on these wires that have been cut; The plug I'm thinking antenna?also (see sig ) my car is a GNX & have been told some wiring with them is unique. These wires have been untouched for 20yrs. Any GNX owners might be able to chime inn with stock appearing hood wiring
