Default Oil filler tube and cap

What is the best option for replacing the oil filler tube and cap for an '87 GN? Years ago, I bought the thicker gasket from Kirban to hold it in there better, but I guess that finally gave out, as my husband found the tube and cap sitting on the exhaust manifold the other day, mostly melted. :-(

I was told GM doesn't make them anymore (no surprise). Are there other GM cars out there that would have something that would fit and look okay? As far as vendors go, so far I've only checked out Kirban's and I see they have two styles but I'm not that fussy about the appearance (too shiny!). I'd prefer something that looked a little more stock, but...

Thanks. The first link had one similar to Kirban's (i.e. too much chrome for my taste - I was hoping for none) and unfortunately I couldn't find any at all on the second link (but lots of other good stuff!). Looks like I'll have to go with some 'glitz' under the hood, like it or not...

Here ya go... Nothing special about it. Pretty much stock. Winter stored but when it's out, it's a daily driver.

Smile Re: Oil filler tube and cap

A used, factory oil fill tube and cap arrived in my mailbox a few days ago from GBodyParts! It's not in quite as good condition as my old one once was, but certainly good enough for my needs. Thanks for suggesting to call them - not everything they have or can get is on their website.
