High Boost \ Vacuum Brake
I just completed a vacuum brake conversion on my GN.
While on a test drive, the boost went real high, real quick. Is it normal to have to readjust the wastegate rod after a conversion? or is something else going on? My conversion included a new check valve and vacuum block. Thanks, Brian |

Re: High Boost \ Vacuum Brake
No, this is not normal, should not cause any problems into boost. Please check the wastegate actuator/turbo hoses if they are broken or off.

Re: High Boost \ Vacuum Brake
you may have fixed some vaccum leaks, in your conversion..
