Default Exhaust down pipe question

just picked up a buick t type. now it has a full 3 inch exhaust from the turbo back but the pivot arm on the exhaust downpipe that comes out the turbo is broken. Ive been looking all over the net and i cant find the correct name for the part or anyone that carries it. Remember that i have a 3'' exhaust so the stock one wont work. any way i can fix the pivot arm that actuates the wastegate? can i send it somewhere to fix or should i just look for a new elbow type thing. thanks in advance

Is this a custom downpipe? Or the stock cast elbow?

The Wastegate "flapper arm" can be fixed, depending on where it's broken by a competent welding/fab shop. However, you might want to just replace the entire assembly with a new Terry Houston/ATR style downpipe. It's built into the pipe.

Ahhh... it's that big cast iron thing. Then the best bet is to find a shop to refabricate the flapper arm and pivot part....
