Default Wind Deflector Thing

Does anyone know the name and GM part # of the following piece?

It's the black rubber sheet that attaches to the grill assembly by black plastic push plugs. It spans over to the radiator support and attaches there also. It looks like it may guide air through the grill into the radiator.

The holes in mine are torn and it's no longer attached to the grill. I have it hanging down under the front bumper.

I'm wondering if it is still available from GM or I could repair it with one of those fabric gromlet tools.

Thanks,
Brian
