Default Blinker and High Beam wierdness

Had some work done (Alky control installed) at my local Turbo Regal shop. Yep an actual shop that specializes in Turbo Regals less than 5 miles from home. Anyway i got it back and the Alky works fine but now I've got an issue with the RH blinker indicator in the dash illuminating about 25% bright when the headlights are tuned on (blinker function still works at the dash, front and rear) and then the dash RH blinker light illuminating to full bright when High Beam are on at which time the blinker function no longer works at the dash or front or rear lights.

I can hear the blinker switch clicking so I don't think that's the issue. Tonight I will make sure it's securely plugged in.

One item of note: I was trying to trouble shoot it last night and the RH High Beam light is no longer working. So maybe it's been going out and that's just coincident with the Alky control install. But would a light going out do something weird like that. I've not seen that before.

Tonight I'm planning to take the LH light and see if it works in the RH circuit. If the light works than i know the circuit is providing power. If it works and I still have the weird indicator issue then i can focus on that. If the light does not work than there's something in the circuit that has failed and needs to be addressed.

Has anybody had this happen of have any ideas on what to look for?

Thank you

First thing I would look for is a disconnected or broken ground wire in the area the work was performed and along the radiator support.

You nailed it. That's exactly what it was.

Thank you

Glad it was an easy fix.
