Short Shift
I have a 200r4 Raptor from PATC and it has always short shifted. Under light throttle I will be in OD by 35mph. If I nail it, it will shift at about 3800-4000 rpm. I have flushed the tranny and tried another brand new governor supplied by PATC but nothing works. Any ideas?

Is the governor the right one? (see this picture):
 Is the converter locking and unlocking like it should?
