Lightbulb Re: trans temp gauge??

This is the trans area, and you asked about trans temp gauges...

I have one, and installed it after my trans builds from one of the "noted" builders just didn't seem to be able to hold together after a few launches. I wanted to make sure it wasn't an overheating issue.

I put it in a cooler line. To keep things easy, I used a B&M unit and placed the sender close to the cooler inlet. Wiring was simple, and the unit is made by a separate company from B&M. Its well made, and showed that temperature was not an issue. Provided me more piece of mind than useful data. On a trans brake setup, I figured it was just a good idea. As was using Lonnie Diers on this build vs. the last builder. Lonnie builds solid 200-4R's.

I'll move the wideband chat to the proper area.
