Default 1985 T Type Rebiuld

I have a 1985 T Type, I need to do a complete rebuild of the motor,
1. What kind of cam should I put the motor?
2. Should I go with a mild or stock cam?
Thanks for your help

Let's just cover the engine questions here. The turbo ones will be covered under your other post under the 'turbo' area.
