quick question guys,
i just put on a one piece intake with billet fuel rails from champion racing heads ( beautiful piece of equipment ). I did this because i couldn't get the manifold that was on it to stop leaking oil after a fresh rebuild. So the new intake is on and it gave me a little more hp, but i am getting oil coming out of the passanger side valve cover breather. Everything else sealed up real good. does this have anything to do with the fact that the new manifold has no egr valve? Now this is on the passangers side only, new pcv valve... Hope it isn't blow-bye...Any input appreciated--thanks |

yeah, there are no baffles in the valve covers. the oil has completely soaked the breather with oil and it is dripping out of the breather and running down the valve cover and ending up on the header. do i really need a breather in both the passanger side and drivers side, or can i simply block the pass. side off...
