Smile vacuum brakes for 28 psi boost track car???

Can you stage with foot and brake technique with vacuum brake conversion system? Will the vacuum brake system tolerate a max of 28psi boost? Car runs low tens, 134mph. I am getting rid of my third powermaster brake unit!!!

Yes, but not with much or any boost.

I would consider a trans brake if you intend to leave with boost. Otherwise, it will be very hard to hold the car still.

If you are racing and your "class" allows transbrakes install one as leaving on the foot brake is hard to repeat your reaction times.
Also you will be able to leave at what ever boost nets the best times.
But you do need to have a torque converter that is made for transbrake applications, don't try your standard one it withh give up fast.
Sounds like you have a great running car.

Since you are going pretty serious, check out the Extreme Automatics electric brake vs. a shift-lever actuated brake.
