Default Fan Blower?

I just keep coming up with new ways to annoy you all

The air movement in the passenger compartment is AWFUL. The difference between low and high on the blower is not much. When I turn it on high, it makes more noise, but the airflow is barely faster.

What do I need to troubleshoot/replace here to get good amount of flow here? Keep in mind this is just "VENT", no A/C (thats another project -- R-12 is RIDICULOUS and to convert to R-134 seem like a PITA)

Summer's a' comin' and I'm already dying!
