There are 4 (10mm) bolts here + 1 (10mm) bolt that holds the antenna to the fender.

*** Hint: Please make note of the antenna cable and power wires routing. This will help during the installation process.

Removal
1. First of all if you're car isn't that clean and the area around the fender is dirty, I would clean the area, and cover an area around the front door with the tape. The reason I did this is because I accidentally scratched my paint with the wrench while loosening and tightening the screws.
2. Disconnect the power lines to the antenna (3 wire connector - Grey, White & Green). These wires are accessible with the hood open. These should be somewhere in the area of the the A/C Blower and top of the wheel well.
3. Open the passenger door all the way to access the 5 bolts along the door.
4. Unscrew the top of the antenna (the visible part on top on the fender) from the tube assembly. - Sorry I don't know what you call this part???
5. Remove the 5 bolts between the door and fender using the 10mm wrench. One of the bolts fastens the antenna to the body.
6. Remove the 3 other bolts in the fender wall using the 10mm wrench.
7. Gently pry open the fender without over extending any parts of the metal.
8. The whole assembly should be able to just fall through the hole. The hole is pretty tight, so be careful if you have to stick you hands in there, the metal is sharp.
9. Disconnect the RF cable from the old antenna using your trusty Philips screwdriver. Remember to try and save any bracket and screws that were attached to the old antenna. Don't throw away any parts. Nearly lost these small screws. They will be used on the new part to help fasten them back to the body.
10. If your installing a new one like I did from the dealer - yeah the new ones run for $103.00 - you'll also need to ask for a bracket that holds it to the inside of the fender, although I think you can use the bracket from the old antenna.
Installation
1. With the wire hanger straightened, and the other end "hooked" (to grab the connector), string the hanger wire down from the hood through the crevice where the original wires protruded.
2. With the "hooked" portion of the hanger wire, attach the power wires (Grey, White, & Green) to it. This will help string these wires back up though the crevice and to the top of the hood to the OEM connectors.
3. Connect the RF cable to the new antenna.
4. Carefully insert the antenna through the opening and make sure the top portion of the antenna goes through the antenna opening on the fender. At this point, screw the top mount of the antenna a couple of turns to keep the antenna from slipping down.
5. Bolt and tighten the antenna (10mm - bolt) to the body first. When that is done, tighten the top screw mount on top of the fender. Don't do it in the opposite order. This may cause a slight indentation along the antenna opening.
6. Reset the sheet metal and tighten all the bolts.

NOTE: If you're not sure how the sheet metal is suppose to be re-installed, look at the drivers side fender to help with this.
