Features of Note:

Notice the solid lifter valley with oil return being accomplished at the front (left) of the block through a bolted and epoxied in screen..
Notice the knock sensor provision ( hole on right side of picture)
Notice the oil return fitting on the rear of the block (right) that returned oil to the oil pan through the valley
Notice 6 bolts per cylinder and studs

Features of Note:

Notice the plate, epoxy and screen bolted to the front of block for oil return from the top end
Notice fitting for oil return to the back/top of the valley area
Notice the tapped plugs for the cam oiling galleries

BOTTOM

FRONT

Features of Note:

4 bolt main caps (billet steel)
Outside bolts of mains are splayed
Cross bolted mains
Somebody ground the oil pan lip off the right side of this block for some reason

Features of Note:

Notice part of a gear drive arrangement still installed.
Notice plate around front cam journal for gear drive mounting
