- This manifold has the EGR blocked off with a plate
- EGR tower is milled off in the front of the manifold (left side of the picture)
- Notice the extensive smoothing and blending around the interior surfaces

- Here again you can see no EGR tower in the front of the manifold (right side of picture)
- Brass fitting at right of picture is where heater hose rail would go
- Again, see the smoothing and blending
- Ports have been matched to the heads (can't see this in the picture)

- EGR tower is milled off in the front of ported plenum (top)
- Notice the extensive smoothing and blending around the interior surfaces
- Even the little "bumps" for the throttle mounting bracket have been removed (top of the plenum in the picture)

- From this angle you can see the EGR provision is removed
- You can see how all sharp angles have been radiused and smoothed to easy transitions

- You can see the uneven sizing in how the throttle body relates to the upper plenum
- Notice ridges and rough transitions all down the "barrel"

- You can see the match up is much better here.
- Throttle body is smooth with no lips or transitions
- Gasket was trimmed to ensure it didn't protrude into the air flow
