ATR FRONT MOUNT INSTALLED
Features of Note:
- This is the ATR front mount kit installed in the car
- In this picture you can clearly see the large diameter, mandrel bent pipes
- The intercooler itself has a diagonal arrangement for the inlet/outlet pipes
- As opposed to many intercoolers, this core is designed with the end tanks horizontal instead of vertical
- This makes the intercooler core long and the fins/tubes run vertically
- You can see it also necessitates using some space to route pipes to both of the end tank 90 degree elbows
- You can see the stainless steel aircraft style hose clamps if you look closely
- The pipes that go under the radiator support tuck up pretty tightly, since they are horizontal to the ground right behind the bumper.
