- The stock turbo is a "three bolt" turbo, based on the 3 bolts on the exhaust/turbine inlet
- The compressor scroll is visibly taller than the 84/85 compressor
- Typical Garrett style oil drain provision
Features of Note:
- Compressor outlet has pressure feed for wastegate actuator
- Inlet bell bolts on and is NOT integral
- Compressor vanes are alternating one long/one short
TURBINE SIDE
Features of Note:
- You can easily see where the stock elbow covers the turbine wheel and the wastegate hole
- Notice the relatively small size of the wastegate hole
- Lots of "meat" for the elbow/downpipe to seal to
