Features of Note:
- This is the compressor side of the TA49 turbo
- Notice the larger compressor inlet and wheel
- If you look carefully, you can see that the TA49 has equal length compressor blades, while the stocker has a tall blade and a shorter blade (alternating)
- TA49 has a replacement inlet bell with no valve cover vent tube provision
- If you look very closely, you can see the GARRETT markings and the A/R .60 stamped in the housing.

- This is the downpipe side of the TA49 turbo
- Notice that this turbo has had the wastegate hole enlarged and ported for better boost control
- Notice how the turbine wheel looks very similar to the stock one
- The housing is stock Garrett
