Rules for the Backyard Inventor's Corner
Rules
The following RULES must be adhered to if you want your product/invention/accessory featured as part of the Backyard Inventor's Corner.

This listing is supplied for the convenience of fellow Turbo Buick enthusiasts; no specific endorsement or recommendation of any of these businesses, products, or accessories is intended or implied.

All submissions will be reviewed by the moderators and the guidelines listed below MUST be adhered to. All postings are at the SOLE discretion of the moderators.

Submission Guidelines
  1. Submit a good quality picture of the product. The picture may be submitted in either GIF or JPG format and it should conform to the following specifications:

    PHYSICAL SIZE No More than 4" x 4"
    FILE SIZE: Less than 1 Mb
    RESOLUTION: 72 dpi - 150 dpi
    FORMAT: JPG or GIF ONLY
    COLORS: 32K or less (to help keep file size down)

  2. Provide a BRIEF description (100 words more or less) that tells EXACTLY what you are offering, its benefit and applications. No hype or unsubstantiated claims.
  3. Contact information must be provided. This should include the following:
    NAME:
    ADDRESS:
    PHONE NUMBER:
    EMAIL ADDRESS:
    WWW ADDRESS (if you have one)
  4. Submit a ZIPPED archive file with the following:
    • A TEXT file containing the Contact Information, the Description, and any special NOTES to the webmaster for posting.
    • A JPG or GIF file with the picture you wish to be displayed for your submission. Only one picture will be used, so don't submit multiple pictures.
    • Submit the ZIP file to: www.gnttype.org@gnttype.org
  5. Products can only be submitted by list members NO outside submissions.
  6. Submissions will stay on the page at the moderator's discretion.
  7. Submissions will be approved or rejected at the moderator's discretion.
  8. Submissions must be factual and "hype" free. If the BS meter pegs, it goes into the bit bucket.
  9. Pricing information must be included
  10. No distributors or pyramid schemes. These will be rejected out of hand. You must be unique in your ability to provide this product. If you have distributors for your offering (especially if they are TR vendors) you are welcome to list them as part of your description.
  11. The contents of individual listings are the sole responsibility of the listing owners. Any web page links are the responsibility of the web page owners.
  12. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DISCONTINUE A LISTING, POST A LISTING, OR DISCONTINUE THIS SERVICE AT ANY TIME WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE OR CAUSE.
