| | Saturday, April 26, 2003 - 04:13 pm A long blink = 10 A short blink = 1 When you first enter diag mode long blink 1 time than 2 short. This happens 3 times. This also = 12. After this the code will show look carefully sometime more than 1 code is stored. Don't understand how many blinks you are descibing. Did you see 12 flash 3 times ?

| | Monday, April 28, 2003 - 06:17 pm Mine did that w/o the service engine light coming on. It may be your ignition coils or wires. Disconnect the MAF sensor cable and see if the car drives better. Your service engine light will be on but don't let that bother you. There is no guarantee that the replacement MAF you put on there was good.

| | Monday, April 28, 2003 - 07:35 pm I have seen trouble with Snap-On scanners on some cars. Either on reading or giving false codes and info. Try coding it the old fashion way with a paper clip.
