Wastegate vacuum hose

I have a loose vacuum hose off the Y wastegate actuator on my 87 GN (shown in the Quick Reference section). One hose comes from the relay on the valve cover. One hose goes to the turbo. Where does the other one go? Right now it just ends under the pipe from the intercooler but I can't find anything there to hook it into. I looked for a schematic but was not able to find one. I also did a quick search - figuring I am not the first to ask this question - but was not able to come up with anything.

The other ends go to the wastegate and to the turbo compressor.
