Can anyone tell me how good Red's XP-2000 pump is, and where I can find one? Thanks much!

Lightbulb Re: Red's XP-2000 (Split from: Which Fuel Pump Should I get this time?)

Its referred to as an "XP Plus", and its available from Red Armstrong. It may be available from other people that sell his wares. (Ron Joseph, for instance.)

I believe the pump is basically a Walbro 340 (if that is the proper nomenclature at the moment (with the return spring shimmed for a higher top pressure. It is likely tested before shipment as well.
