Has anyone gotten turbolink to work on Vista? Home Premium? Bought a new laptop the disc installs fine along with the new vehicle pack off the sit but when it goes to build the screen nothing happens. Emailed Ken Mosher and he told me he no longer owns turbolink or deals with it. I tried speaking with a tech from MSD/Edge but they had no clue as to what turbolink is/was.

it's probably the dynaplot control not registering due vista's user access control stuff. Try running register app in the utilities or tools folder under the turbolink. I don't have access to the source or hardware any more so I can't dig into it much deeper (since MSD and I parted ways recently).

Ken that is the problem I keep getting the same error 153 component 'dynaplot.ocx' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid. When Irun the TL_CTL_DIAG everything passesept the dynaplot test. I looked for the utilities or tools folder under the turbolink in my computer under program files but couln't find either amI looking in the right place?

It was the User Account Control being On that caused the problem. When installing some pograms it causes the ocx file to be missplaced. Uninstalled the program turned the User Account Control Off reinstalled turbolink and it works perfect. Thanks Ken.

That's too bad to hear Ken...I'm just about to make a youtube video about how awesome Turbolink is with my 94 Caprice Wagon....is it still available for purchase?

I can probably buy out remaining stock but I'd need a group buy of at least 5 units.
I might get enough parts to make between 10 and 20 (have to see what they have left), but won't make the investment until I know we have some people interested. I could probably fire sale kits for about $149 shipped.

Well, I said I'd make a video...more for the Impala SS forums then here, but it hopefully works.

Looks like the domain name has expired for Turbo-link.com too. Just a goDaddy.com page with an expired website message.
