Probably with a bill of sale and a statement of the state laws of RI.
A pretty rough piece...

Hey Everybody.. Download The Interior Shot Of This Car And Use Your Photo Editor To Zoom In On The Normal Wear And Tear Locations (ie, Center Arm Rest, Carpet By Gas Pedal, Door Sill Plate) Is It Me Or Would It Be Safe To Assume That This Car Has 106,000 Miles On It?? Someone Trying To Sell A Piece Of History And Does Not Want To Show The Engine, Rear Axle, Or Anything Else Of Major Consern Of This Car??? Ive Seen Better Shots Of Rust Buckets On Ebay Than This Guy Is Giving On This Car. My 85 T-type Has 44,500 On It And The Inside Is Cleaner Than This Gnx???? Hope The Buyer Dont Get Stuck!

I agree. That looks like normal wear and tear for 106K miles, maybe relatively well kept. Even so, would be nice to own one. Wish I had the money!
